When you are a dj in 2020 you need space and time to manage your music an the tools that allow you to compose playlist and buy your music everywhere you are solve only half of your problems.

Defined the main problem of the users, the lack of the time during the research of the perfect tune, the first step was understand the market competitors and the tools around to start qualitative research as a user interviews. That phase was necessary to define the user personas, potentially early adopters and some “magic and desired” new functions.

Next step was define the costumer journey, the information architecture and the main intercation to start prototyping it.
After first release, focused user test was started to understand behavior inside the new environment and the product value.

In three iterations the prototype product find the right balance for been developed and deployed.
